Why Teach at Tuned Hearts?
Teaching at Tuned Hearts means getting to focus on what matters most: helping students grow as musicians and people. We provide the structure, support, and growing community behind your teaching so you don’t have to build everything on your own.
Teach
Do meaningful one-on-one and small-group work with students while helping them develop lasting musical skills.
Connect
Build positive relationships with students and families in a welcoming, family-focused environment.
Grow
Develop your teaching roster as Tuned Hearts continues to expand its programs and reach more families.
Inspire
Help students discover confidence, creativity, and a lifelong enjoyment of music.

Focus on Teaching. We'll handle the rest.
Building a private teaching studio takes more than giving great lessons. Scheduling, billing, enrollment, policies, communication, marketing, and administration all take time. At Tuned Hearts, we provide the systems and support behind your teaching so you can spend more of your energy doing what you do best.
What We Look For
Excellent Musicians
Strong musicianship, healthy technique, and the knowledge necessary to provide students with excellent instruction.
Excellent Teachers
Patient, encouraging instructors who communicate clearly, adapt to individual students, and continually seek to improve their teaching.
People of Character
Dependable professionals who demonstrate integrity, maintain appropriate boundaries, communicate well with families, and understand the responsibility that comes with teaching children and young people.
Our Culture
Tuned Hearts is a Christian-owned music studio. Our faith shapes our emphasis on integrity, service, relationships, families, character, and community. We seek instructors who will respect and contribute positively to the professional, family-appropriate culture of the studio.
Introduce Yourself
Tuned Hearts is growing, and we’re always interested in connecting with excellent musicians and teachers. If you believe you’d be a great addition to our teaching community, we’d be glad to hear from you.
