Service Description
5-Day Beginner Piano Immersion (Ages 9–12). Includes 15 hours of guided instruction, 3 private lessons, music reading and rhythm training. Small supportive group. Limited to 8 students.

Cancellation Policy
Enrollment in Piano Jumpstart Week is limited to 9 students to maintain a focused and supportive learning environment. A student’s spot is reserved once payment is completed. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your child’s spot in Piano Jumpstart Week. The remaining balance is due on the first day of the program and may be paid in person. Because enrollment is limited to 9 students, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another student if you are able to fill the spot. Because enrollment is limited and preparation is required in advance, tuition is refundable up to 7 days before the program start date. After that time, refunds are not available unless the program is cancelled by Tuned Hearts. If a student must miss a portion of the week due to illness or scheduling conflicts, we will do our best to help them stay on track during the program, but missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled. In the unlikely event that the program must be cancelled, families will receive a full refund. If you have questions before enrolling, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
